O'Connors Strata is in a rather unique position in the strata management industry with extensive experience in strata searching since 1985 - which covered a geographic area from the NSW Central Coast in the north, to the Blue Mountains out west, and to Wollongong in the south.
During the time strata searches were conducted, in excess of 25,000 searches of owners corporation records were carried out. This has enabled O'Connors to see most of the problems associated with the setting up and management of strata title schemes.
