Being located at Parramatta (the approximate centre of the Sydney Metropolitan Area) we are well placed geographically to service all of our strata schemes.

We are in a unique position in the strata management industry. We have also had extensive experience in strata searching since 1985 covering a geographic area from the Central Coast to the Blue Mountains and Wollongong. We have carried out in excess of 25,000 searches of owners corporation records. This has enabled us to see problems associated with the setting up of schemes and the management of schemes - what was implemented to attempt to remedy problems - what was successful and what was not.
