After Hours Emergency Management – Always speak to a person, even after hours.

Emergencies can be referred to our After Hours centre where an Emergency Services Coordinator has access to qualified tradespeople who will be able to assess the emergency, provide advice to the occupant and arrange for the appropriate trade to attend the site. This provides you with peace of mind 24 hours a day.

Please note that all calls to our After Hours Emergency number attract a surcharge. For matters not related to common property, the fee and any additional charges will be payable by the caller. Please limit calls to legitimate emergencies only.
