We can simply establish the books and records as required by the Strata Schemes Management Act 1996 and/or also act as strata managing agents of the complex. We are happy to discuss your particular requirements and our services can be tailored accordingly. Our primary focus is to minimise costs and simplify matters for the original owner/owners corporation during the initial period. We always ensure that Section 109 certificates are processed urgently. Strata Consultancy We can work as part of the development team in setting up the strata plan Pre-registration consultancy Assistance with preparation of budget Advice on common property and exclusive use areas Assistance with by-laws Strata Scheme Set-Up Economical and "hassle free" Do-it-Yourself Strata Kit O'Connors also offers a Do-It-Yourself Strata Kit for smaller schemes and to assist people who prefer to manage their own strata schemes. Record Keeping Service A service for owners who want to maintain control of their strata scheme but don't want to be burdened with a lot of technical paperwork. The Owners Corporation organise repairs and handles 'harmony' (ie neighbour) issues while we maintain the Owners Corporation records and deal with all other accounting functions. This style of management is ideally suited for small schemes of 5 units or less.
