- Timetable Management – An efficient management system for each Strata Plan that ensures ongoing maintenance of critical building components is carried out when and as required, along with a dedicated team to manage it.
- Internal Project Management Software – A unique tool that allows for seamless management of all ongoing projects and tasks related to your Strata Plan, giving you peace of mind and surety that the job will always be completed.
- After Hours Emergency Management – Always speak to a human, even after hours. Emergencies can be referred to our After Hours centre where an Emergency Services Co-ordinator has access to qualified tradespeople who will be able to assess the emergency, provide advice to the occupant and arrange for the appropriate trade to attend the site – 24 hours, 7 days a week.
